CY3-Luteolin

CY3-Luteolin/Cyanine3-Luteolinis a multifunctional biological reagent labeled with near-infrared fluorescence.CY3 is a commonly used fluorescent dye with an excitation wavelength of about 550-570nm and an emission wavelength of about 570-590nm. It exhibits bright orange red fluorescence, high fluorescence quantum yield, and good photostability. It performs well in fluorescence detection and imaging of conventional biological samples and is suitable for fluorescence labeling needs in scenarios such as cells and tissue sections. However, its tissue penetration depth is weaker than near-infrared fluorescent dyes.It can be used for biological imaging, targeted drug delivery, biosensor construction, and natural product mechanism research.
